Before hiring, verify who is behind the profile: license, business registration, address and fraud signals.
Licenses and registrations
Services and contractor profiles show the state license number and a lookup link. Registered businesses show their commercial status. ESTAR clearly distinguishes each provider type.

Address verification
Business addresses can be verified or corrected from the profile. Private residential addresses are not published: only the service area is shown.
Fraud prevention
Profile and review reports are recorded with a review status. Duplicate or abusive reviews can be reported directly from the profile.

“Report” button on every review; status is shown to the user.
Claim your profile
Request with ownership proof and administrative approval.
Data protection
Forms do not publish your private information. Client evaluations are private by default and card data is never stored in ESTAR: payment is processed in the processor secure environment.
Frequently asked questions
Does ESTAR guarantee the contractor work?
No. ESTAR verifies information and enables contact, but the contract is between client and provider. Check license, insurance and a written quote.
